RPF Series Rotary Propellant Fillers

Continuous motion rotary propellant fillers featuring positive displacement measuring chambers and mechanical charging valves.

The Series RPF Rotary Propellant Fillers feature Mechanical Charging Valve to address safety concerns, and positive displacement measuring chambers for filling accuracy.

The RPF Series machines are available in 3, 6, 9, 12, and 18 head configurations.

Each machine features quick changeover tooling and a variable speed, explosion proof drive system. The machine bases are constructed from jig and tooling quality plate and structural steel. They are shrouded with polished stainless steel.

A safety enclosure constructed from anodized aluminum and featuring tempered safety glass is standard.

Each charging head is mounted to a common plate to allow for single point height adjustment, assuring faster product changeovers.

Optional features include gang fill adjustment, variable frequency drive systems, and sanitary/dairy construction.
