Vibratory and Centrifugal Valve Sorter Systems

Designed for the automated sorting and insertion of aerosol valves without dip tubes.

These insertion systems feature a high speed stainless steel vibratory sorting bowls designed to automatically sort, orientate, feed, insert aerosol valves with or with out dip tubes into containers. An integrated valve detection system is standard to assist with automated production requirements. Common valves used on these systems include:

• valves with no diptubes;
• valves with diptube with lengths less then 1.5″ (37 mm);
• bottle valves; and
• assorted custom valves.
